Malfunction, I agree, but i dont think it's just unwarranted trading froth. The combination of Rudd/Bali/increased investor attention and the resulting strong political will towards CETO contract negotiations are bumping the price up to where it deserves to be - and a little overdue in my opinion.

i also think one deal has to be moving towards near term success, even if it may not arrive as quickly as we'd all like.
