Just doing some quick maths, from both of those figures, 50 MW seems to require 300 CETO units. The article in the Australian says the 50 MW proposed power plant will cost approx $400 million. That means an average cost of a little over $1 million per CETO unit, bearing in mind the total would also include other infrastructure like pumping, transmission and generation facilities.
