My first impression is that it will suffer from extreme conditions because it floats on the surface of the wave and despite what they say it will get damaged (IMO) during storm conditions. CETO is undwerwater and less subject to extreme conditions plus it can be shut down to experience minimal disruption during a storm, I believe. Not sure where the electricity is generated for the Anaconda - presumably the water can be pumped ashore and used in the same way as CETO to drive an on-shore turbine. Looks interesting but I can't see how it can be engineered for industrial strength and that's what baseload power requires.
