    I wouldn’t be so quick to write off CETO 5 as a near shore version will be the only suitable option for some sights & the only suitable option for a hydraulic system. I know the buoys are out of the water but this shouldn’t be surprising, as we should be expecting some design changes from the data collected from this trial period to continue to move this model forward.
