    Sorry that is daily telegraph ambrose Pritchard Evans . my phone does not want to cut and paste!
    Is it possible now it has been decommissioned and r&d conditions satisfied that cwe could recommission the array? After all I assume all foundations and pipes are still in place. It could just save some co2 emissions and give further knowledge to the team.
    BTW worth reading this one re wind power in UK. Just think of the space between those giants for ceto 6/7/8s. Cables all in place.
