It's not a question of whether CEO shouldn't or should make money when the business is still not profitable, the question is how much he paid for those shares, how many he got free to cash in $100M. More importantly the last announcement also indicates he'll be selling more in January end or early February when the annual report comes out in January or early Feb next year, so any hype on share price should be taken as caution that it can drop 30-40% anytime after CEO sells.
