Well if you look at any substantial e-commerce offering most use custom solutions. Using Shopify for a small e-commerce store is fine, but I would have thought a company with a market cap of more than half a billion would have a custom e-commerce solution.
Furthermore as I demonstrate above, they fail to disclose their use of Shopify in their Prospectus, why hide it? Surely that's important information that a shareholder would like to know. What else are they hiding from us?
