AEZ certainly has taken a tumble but I've been in REIT's and taken nasty hits the last couple of months. I've taken some Cap Losses from REIT's and keeping others for the long haul. Not looking to add to my REIT's portfolio as I expect it to be under performing the next 12 months.

The big 4 banks will provide a buying opportunity, I think, but not until mid year. ANZ could be back to $24.00 or so by then and could be very attractive. But banks right now appear too overvalued given the risks in credit etc.
