cey thru $4.00 ... but 'hard labour' a worry?

CEY has broken thru the $4.00 level today - a very positive sign heralding some nice future appreciation in share price.

The only "cloud" on the horizon I see is the impact of a Latham victory. Labour's plan to ratify Kyoto (not sure of the spelling) could be a bit of a downer for coal stocks.

My betting is that Howard will retain power and CEY will "power' ahead.
