Pretty sure expectations are already tempered tbh, I'm sure it's showing signals that's it is having an effect in humans but not to the degree we were all hoping for at this stage of dosing.
May have to wait a while longer for some knockout results at much higher dosing ? Who knows?
Would be very nice to be completely wrong though!!!
