The EBA gives unions a lot control over volunteers and is probably illegal but that does not worry the unions or Andrews.
I worked along side CFA volunteers for 40 years as a bush fire fighter and the union have always wanted to control the CFA this is just the first step so they can blackmail the public when we have fires and gain power.
