What to make of CFU from liquidators report:

    P23
We are continuing to investigate the actions of the Directors (including non-statutory directors who
could be considered a director under Section 9 of the Act, if any) and any offences that may warrant
a report to be lodged with ASIC. Further, we note that a Liquidator must lodge a report with ASIC if a
dividend of less than 50¢ in the dollar is paid to unsecured creditors.
Based on our preliminary investigations in the short time available, we have set out below a table
summarising the relevant offence provisions under the Act and our comments as to whether further
    investigations are warranted.

Well, wait and see I guess maybe the report will be of interest, the https://www.australianshareholders.com.au/ may well take an interest if enough gets said.
After all CFC_DE did bring about the administration?
The table p23 is worth considering also as the liquidator did consider some matters worth further investigation.
