I think u'll find most of the locals have their own servers but they don't like to make it easy to view or trade unless it revolves around them taking your money .
It's very interesting that futures brokers generally have a platform which operates smoothly and consistently and also allows u to change the time to a local zone . Not the case with cfd providers who reside here and use local data . Go figure .
