I a guy from quant securities who has access to a number of platforms initally put me on the saxo platform which was okay so he then they put me on gft for cfd trades (which is great). Quant have some agreement with the providers where you dont have to open multiple accounts, once you open one account they can provide you with a number platforms, looking at metatrader 4 for fx though need a good EA. Love FXCM's charts for fx. hope this helps. Ive used IG in the past as well, there not bad.
