(2) The fact that it has not material impact on business trading performance in H1, correct, there for no compliance requirement to disclose.

Really it's a game of hide the facts, meet guidance, and guidance on issues, including hope of CFDA submission, Camperdown expenditure overrun. No guidance on H2, so need to update on that either.

If they purchase ingredients from Europe, might have some FX impact in H2 also, but I am sure they will advise that on announcement day
