This SAMR/PE discussion never gets old.
Price up 50c ---> HC posts: SAMR coming in the next two days. PE is now reasonable/low.
Price down 50c ---> HC posts: SAMR is a big risk. I won't be touching it. PE is very high.
It's like news headlines. They watch the price action from the night before. Then come up with something to fill the headline "Investors are happy/worried about XXX".
While people are busy proving each other wrong, traders and shorts are milking this stock. Hypothetically, they can make a couple of bags in a few weeks without the price barely moving.
And that money obviously comes out of retail pocket who sells in fear when it falls 50c, and buys in rush when it goes up 50c up.
