IMO - Currently I see WHA in a consolIdatIon/accumulation phase. InterestIngly if you look at the 200 EMA which I believe is a better indicator for high beta stocks such as WHA than SMA, it is sitting around 1.42 with the 50 EMA currently sitting around 1.35. A cross over/up from the 50 & 200 EMA is what is called a golden star & would be a bullish signal, and would signal the next leg higher.
