I have to say, MK read the situation correctly because:
1.He strongly believes every CSM shareholder will trash Gilbo's offer as you just have down that.
2. Market could go down future, The backers doesn't want to commit further until blue sky;
3. Sending a letter to CSM's shareholders is the cheapest way to keep the bid alive;
Well, the only way to force out a new bid from TTY/MK is to threat to accept Gilbo's offer, than TTY/MK will jump.
