Hi, I tried to open an account with a major CFD issuer the otherday, and they weren't to happy to let me trade with them.

They asked me if I was an experienced and profitable trader, and when I said yes, they didn't seem to want to let me open an account anymore.

I heard a rumour that the same company is being sued for refusing to pay out more than $12 million in realised profits on AMP short positions.

The company is apparently using a volatility clause in their contracts to prevent paying out any cash.

Now I know that these things are just 'bucket shops' of the 21st century, but has anyone else had problems with these things?
