cfe - cxu - fel

Not sure what the plan is for CXU and FEL....

CFE took over the runnning of CXU recently and sarted buying their shares on market. They also started buying FEL shares on market. CXU already held a good amount of FEL shares and they started buying FEL aggresively on market.

Now CFE hold almost 20% of FEL and CXU hold about 13%.

CXU spend all this money on FEl shares so need more cash - CFE kicks in 2 million as conv note and most likely convert to equity to attain more CXU shares.

Question - Will CXU be used to launch takeover of FEL in near future???? I can only assume so...
