cfe involvment in lrs suspension?

Just noted that after the recent recommendation of Latin Resources (LRS) in the article below that a trading halt was announced on monday.

LRS is now suspended awaiting a material announcement.

Given CFE's recent top ups of FEL & CXU, (and their current 17% holding in LRS) could this possibly be a take over? given their recent cash windfalls it doesn't seem like it would take them long before eyeing up something else, especially given LRS's promise in Peru and potential vast Iron deposits!
