The mine was profitable until the price of copper hit rock bottom for 3 months and glencore who had loans againts it put the screws on and and liquidated it.
The only problems with this mine was the drop in copper price and that Glencore was involved in it ,they have wound up lots of companies that they have been involved in??? bet they didnt lose out of it.
