The reason its still on the market is its too small for anyone to make a return on capital in its own right @ 8000tpa Cathode output.
Bottom line TS wants too much for it..... the mine is a $2.20 per pound producer, marginal and requires the right conditions to make it pay... with limited reserves..... more money for exploration... you getting the picture...
