They "lose" money by their drilling activities etc.... this is "offset" against the sale (profit).
As the chairman has stated.... works out about 90c a share...
(i,e. we are currently about 50% of the value). If this was a takeover, it would have shot up.... but they avoided a takeover so they don't have issues with foreign ownership.
