    there is more money to be made trading this stock rather than hanging in there for the long term.too many day traders in this stock.not real investors.Investors have always been let down by this company.wouuldnt be surprised if management are trading on the sly.didnt even know they were going away to do this deal.???will probably come back to 40 cents and then be worth another trade
