Peter, yes I have tried to be conservative with the numbers I used. Pinnacle may well end up being worth many multiples of what they paid for it.

Spider, no I live in Auckland. I studied accounting and worked in internal audit for a couple of years before deciding that it was not for me. I then taught accounting at the university for a couple of years in Wellington and recently moved to Auckland. I am hoping to get a job either at the university or as an analyst or financial adviser.
