The agreement was had and CFE met its obligations. However, there were delays with respect to paperwork from the other party (Paragon). I gathered it was to do with the onsite processing plant which is no longer a focus.
As a result, the JV Company was not established till January/February this year. From that point we have seen good progress in my opinion
