I agree AJ,
I have a thinking that this trip may have a Hong Kong stop over on the way back for an offical inking of this deal to kill a couple of birds so to speak (due to busy schedule). The excise of 28m options suggests to me these smart people are wanting a piece of this deal as they being unlisted option holders (employees) know what is just over the horizon.
