I emailed tony 5/6/07 re spotters fee and his response on the same day was
Under the terms of the agreement westlink were due a share fee of up to 10 million with a half option.
This fee was cheap in comparision with the cape preston fee.
No fee is payable unless the deal is done,they brought Delong to us.
They are a small Hong Kong broker.
