It's all hitting the news again today

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Victoria’s Labor government have been accused of failing to stand up to CFMEU boss John Setka, after he demanded the AFL sack its umpiring boss or face a fortune in building cost blowouts.

The AFL is standing by its head of umpires Stephen McBurney after Mr Setka launched a media blitz on Wednesday, threatening to cost the league millions of dollars if it did not sack the former building watchdog, claiming he was “anti-worker” and warning “there will be consequences”.

    And from different source

The AFL has vowed to stand behind its head of umpires, Stephen McBurney, following threats from the CFMEU's Victorian leader.
Construction union boss John Setka addressed media today, warning of potential disruptions to the league's construction projects unless McBurney, the former Australian Building and Construction Commissioner, was dismissed.
McBurney previously launched legal action against the union multiple times, resulting in fines worth millions.
