So much in just a few lines.

"company is financially strong although it will need to raise additional capital..." - that's probably a must, so as not to delay HyCAMP, imo.

"...through partnerships..." - well a deal for the Arixtra generic could bring in up to $10m upfront.

"...or from Australian and international equity capital markets before reaching financial independance..." - nasdaq is the way to go if they need more money. They have mentioned it before. If this stock was on the nasdaq, the shares would be many times higher atm. Just check out Momenta Inc for proof of that.

"... future may well include mergers..." - that wouldn't be a surpise.

"...acquisitions..." - that would be a surprise, I guess.

"...the establishment of new companies..." - spin off meditech maybe. That could be worth over $50m following a successful HyCAMP phase 2 trial.

"...and innovative corporate structures... These transactions are likely to have an international dimension and experience of overseas transactions, especially in the US, will be highly prized..." - what a mouthful!
