    Hey Galv, you would think that they would have enough talent in the finance departments after the merger - without having to appoint this Lamont guy from the outside. Looks like the Board still haven't got it - this is NOT a $12 b Company any more (thanks to them)- try cutting the expenses, as well as the SP. M.
