Reichman you've pretty much said exactly the things I've thought abut this announcement. I suspect Gus is putting his own replacement structure in place otherwise I would have to assume he's going to take a reduced salary package in line with his reduced duties as he builds the management team around him.
I'm wondering if the CFO might play a significant part in the funding agreement thus necesitating his early appointment. Otherwise I can only see 2 reasons for the spate of senoir management appointments over the last few months. The obvious one that's getting plenty of support here is that things are going very well behind the scenes and construction and prduction are much closer than we might have suspected. I'm hoping this one is correct. The second is that they're getting well ahead of themselves and don't care about the cash burn that will result. I hope this isn't the case.
