To dolphin and CTM questions re the relation the DFS and Jim Cornell have to the appointment of a CFO?

You are right dolphin Jim Cornell was never officially appointed as a director.
But myself and many other going by the post at the time felt Jim Cornell was playing a claytons directors roll and calling some shots. This was evident by PEN and Gus communication to shareholders from the time of Jim and Nu-core arrival and departure, and Jim endorsement from the PEN board.

Announcment 23/6/2011...Under the terms of the share placement, Peninsula will appoint Mr Jim Cornell to the board as Executive Director sale and marketing. Mr Cornell is a founding Director and CEO of Nucore and an experienced nuclear industry executive.

The point of my post was to point the fiasco of the last time PEN tryed to raise capital through Nucore and how pear shape it turn out.

I felt the attack and attempt to discredit me was just "grandstanding", it was totally uncalled for.

Lets hope for another positive day for PEN on the market.
