Interesting comparison of dates. PPB state their only previous contact with Newsat was Fred Grimwade contacting them on 31 March to ask if they could recommend a CFO. Ms Dillon resigned on 2 April.
The intention for Ms Dillon resignation must have been known before it was delivered and it's interesting to note Newsat contacted the same company (PPB) as the one appointed by Secured Creditors for their advice on a replacement.
