A couple of months is a lot different to 3 or 4 months and I am sure the ASX would look upon not following continuous disclosure rules a lot harsher than releasing sensitive news within a certain timeframe from listing...
If something material has happened then it has to be released... that is the rules... and things can happen not long after listing so they would have to be announced...
PFoam is sensitive news... but where are the details of sales contracts and the details of the licensing agreement...
And who puts out forecast expenditure without forecast revenues... you have to have your ying and your yang...
They have forecast revenues.. for one touchstone is buying half of the first years production.. then they have their other aerospace clients, etc... why weren't these figures released.. also PFoam sales.. how much are they for???
The company knows these numbers and are not releasing them... as yet anyway..
Let's see what the next announcement brings..
