Let me get this right (and please tell me if I’m missing something here) but after having had time to digest what @skyscraper99 has posted over the last few days, it's apparent that whilst this company has a great product, the directors have evidently abandoned their responsibility to shareholders in a bid to have their mates accumulate shares at massive discounts?
How can anyone feel comfortable owning a piece of any company with such qualities exemplified by those at the helm? Why would directors be so adverse to releasing information that could only be of benefit to the stability of the share price?
One might question the pecuniary motive for them to do so, particularly in lieu of the cold canvas call sky states he received. How I see it is, a director in an apparent breach of Australian privacy law has allegedly compromised personal information to a third party which has then sought to encourage a shareholder to offload his shares.
In sky’s words: “
Was told directors were not happy I was emailing and that is why he called me, was encouraged to sell stock, not because the company had poor prospects in fact was told fantastic prospects, but I should sell, this was repeated a number of times during the call yet told me he had buys in.”
Initially my thoughts were that the company really needed to hire an ace PR officer. But, in lieu of Sky’s revelations it’s evident there is a more sinister motivation behind such recalcitrance.
So, in view of the question put to Sky: “Why don’t you sell your shares?” Perhaps after ensuring I’ve not been played by selling my shares into such ridiculous current prices, I will sell one of my largest holdings.
I can only echo @skyscrapers99’s sentiment that these shenanigans play out more relevance than the interpretation of any charts right now. So take a stand fellow holders and email the ASX and let’s put these directors on notice they’re on the regulators radar.
In hearing from others, such as @bombiero911 in relation to TC’s " lies and disrespect" of SMN shareholders, the words of a great man come to mind:
“Truly, an evil deed committed does not immediately bear fruit, like milk that does not sour all at once. But smoldering, it follows the fool like fire covered by ashes”. - Siddhārtha Gautama
Something’s on the nose right here ... it’s smoldering ... can’t ya smell it?
