why would you be informed? CFO gone, Co Sec gone, 3 MDs gone, Independent director gone, vice Chairman gone.....independent committee disbanded, non independent chair made "independent", new non independent vice chair...if this sounds like a conspiracy its because it is - the current directors have done a terrific job at destroying value - lowest share price yet!
