cfo suspended

If the ASX was notified about the CFO being suspended because it was relevant to the share price, surely the reason for his suspension is also relevant to the share price and should be explained? It could be for a range of reasons, not just a disagreement with the CEO and board. It could be due to insider trading, sexual misconduct, drug dependency or a combination of the above for all we know! I think the board has a duty to the shareholders to disclose the reason/s.
