I am a large holder in VIT(6 figs at ipo) and was understandably concerned

I just spoke to the CFO

Here are the following things

1. Trilogy loss of contract - they only knew about it in feb and reported it promptly.

2. natural Skin care- Plan is for Vitamin E or vitamin related creams only. This they already know about. Re- natural skin care extended range e.g. moisturisers/masks etc- better to consider bolt on acquisitions(fragmented mkt in au or nz).

3. Healtheries Extended dairy range- looking at all the options. Goats milk they already have good product in. Key is not to be commoditized like blackmores infant brand. Will only consider infant if under goats or alternative milk.

4. Healtheries nz range/Nutralife- Australian pharmacy rollout is still in infancy and takes time to build credibility. Currently Wagner is rolling out in pharmacy v. well.

5. Investing heavily into china Vitamins. This is their core business. They already have a full range. Significant management, distribution, marketing infrastructure in China. There are a lot of channels they have to get right. Mkt size of opportunity is USD $20bn.

Not a straight zoom up of profit as not selling organic or A2 baby formula or not already in china vitamins like blackmores. There is a lag between investment and actual sales. Benefit will occur steadily in future periods. Already sales are heading in right direction.

In my opinion at around $200m mkt cap , is low.
