Tight register is dominated by sticky holders ie. not prepared to dump for a quick profit. Long term outlook. Backed up by investors willing to keep buying on market.

CFO appears to have too many loose holders prepared to sell as soon as the stock rises a bit.
Once these weak hands are cleaned up, the stock should have a solid upwards movement IMO.
