Not for me imo.

DLE is a simple maths equation. They got shares initially at.009 I think. Pumped and sold around the 2c mark. It dropped down and they got shares again at.011. Now up again where a smaller amount is being distributed. They having made there money now will probably wait for drilling to distribute what they want. .009 raising was cheap to begin with.

What price do feel CFO is a good buy? It sure has been hyped up all over HC more than VRI was.
