Doesn't mean it's not tight. It just means it's "not as tight" as the other stock. Look at the amount of free float in this compared to the other one. My calculations say the free float now is approximately 6M shares. No way in the world CFO's free float is anywhere near as low as 6M shares. It may get down to that figure but it will require a few of the Top 20 really loading up even more.
I'm bullish. CFO will get to $1 in my opinion but how quickly will depend on what happens over the next two or three trading days.
