You then made the revelation that a broker report existed that may have been written by people who owned shares in the company

Did Chandler cut your lunch on the dancefloor in college or something; cause you have an unhealthy disdain for the two companies he's involved with. CFO is new but SMN has maintained excellent corporate governance throughout and generated exceptional shareholder wealth, which is afterall, the raison d'être for listed companies.
How about you at least give the company a few months before bagging them out.
