Either from a T/A trading point of view, or a fundamental view this is oversold on every possible time-frame at this point.
Down for 9 days straight on no bad news.
Do the math, also agree with fundamentalists that the company needs to do better with its announcements and disclosures of deals/revenues/signings of clients.
No one wants to buy because its "going lower" yet with that mentality it will go lower, its a funny psychology everyone wants to get "their shares" cheaper yet no one will be the first to buy, humans are strange.
