I got out of CFR in the recent downturn. So I don't hold, but a couple of points purely in my humble opinion about the website etc.
Shareholders may have two perspectives regarding the matter.
Firstly, you could argue that instead of spending shareholder money on the website etc, it is better spent on the business at hand since CFR is a small speccy still at this stage.
On the other hand, professionality goes a long way towards attracting new investors and building shareholder confidence. A domain name can be had for a matter of few dollars these days, and a good enough webhost can go for around the same per month. This way, they can easily address the @bigpond address.
There are plenty of skilled IT companies that can create the content for them. The same can be said for the presentations and announcements. There's plenty of software around that anyone can make a good looking presentation or document with in a matter of minutes to hours.
My take? A more professional approach would go a long way towards improving CFR's image to the market. It can show that they take a professional and serious approach to business and goes miles towards showing that they are well organised. The question is, will the current corporate image instil confidence in bigger investors?
Perhaps the company could still make another good go of things, and this would be a great way to freshen up their image and perhaps attract some new investors at the same time.
