i have both NSL and CFR,CFRO in my portfolio. Both are in India, both have good future, however i think CFR is ahead by a head & neck because of that Tin mine, in Australia. I contacted the company couple of days ago and basically they were very happy with previous drilling which they will announce the results soon and future drilling which will start this month(May). Tin is $24000 per tone and they are already talking about big numbers underground. Any way i think if you look at the monthly chart for CFR you can see there are some spikes every two years and i believe it is due. pls note that I will not have ANY of these two companies for a long term in my portfolio. Just short term 3-6 months.
