CFC would want to see this deal up right away.
They don't want to risk their initial investment.
To do so I believe they will want to secure board approval prior to taking the bid to the market.
And unfortunately the board have very little choice if the bid is half reasonable.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see a bid of $1
