It seems to me that Cathay is trying to call the shots here.

There is a high-stakes game being played before our eyes....


First CF played its "We won't participate in any CR" card.

DML called CF's bluff by playing the "Capital Raising is on and CF, your stake is about to get diluted - like it or not"

CF knows what DML is really worth and didn't want their stake diluted - so they were forced to play the "OK, OK, hows about we go back to the TO negotiating table but with some time delaying conditions"

I believe that if EVERYONE chipped in 10c per share, we would be able to get over out teething problems and would get it all back again over the next few years and no-one would "lose" anything. 10c seems insignificant if you look at the price drop from $1.70 to 34c.

Now it is up to DML to play the next card. I hope it is a "Pay us what it is worth or join the back of the queue" !!
