I can't figure this out, looks like CBA is still holding a huge chunk of CFS1/3 shares.

Looks like CFS are trading it. Certainly appear to have been buying in CFS3.

So we must have had a different dumper recently who has not bothered to disclose as per Corp act.
That can only mean it was a foreign bank, as they don't appear to be bothered about follow Australian law.
